I am a creative operations manager with experience developing processes and resourcing strategies for an experiential design team. This portfolio highlights projects that I have designed, managed, or both.

My background in human centered design informs my creative approach and my passion for process strategies and mentorship help me support my team so they can spend their time developing kick-ass creative solutions.

I consider myself a 'forever student', eager to build on my operations and leadership skills and stay in tune with the latest user experience strategies and creative ideation methods.

I have experience developing and implementing project organization and tracking processes that help creative teams identify holes in workflow and highlight strengths. Additionally, I have implemented onboarding and training processes for design teams that allowed for smoother transitions and greater ability to support team members with their development goals.
